Checks are also accepted if your stay is booked and paid for more then two weeks ahead of time.
Payment is due at time of reservation.
Damage Deposit
We require a $250 damage deposit (or credit authorization), which will be refunded to you as soon as soon as our housekeeping staff reports the cottage to be in good condition.

30 days notice is required in off-season for a refund.
Rescheduling/Changing dates are considered a cancellation if the dates do not re-rent.
Peak-Season rentals are final- no refunds for peak-season rentals. All cancellations must be confirmed with a cancellation number.

Sorry no refunds for early departures or power failure (at our discretion).  The cottage has hot water and heat during power outtages.

Peak-Season Rates apply from May 20th-Labor Day

Release from liability

Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety, and irrevocably release and hold harmless Ashford Cottage Rentals, and the owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to theft or accident, including, but not limited to terrorism or natural disaster, while on the premises or in the vicinity of the rented lodging.

Privacy Policy:
We never sell or trade any of our clients personal information.

We reserve the right to charge a damage, cleaning, and smoking deposit subject the amount of stay, and evict violators of policies without refund, and to require a minimum stay.
